Baranski Valuations

Charles C. Baranski has been actively involved in the Real Estate profession since 1978, and affiliated with CDS Market Research since 1983. The majority of his experience is in various types of residential and commercial property. Subsequent to his affiliation with CDS, Mr. Baranski has been involved in a wide range of development concepts, including special niche markets such as student and retirement housing. Mr. Baranski is also experienced in property management and accounting, development, brokerage, market feasibility studies, financial and investment analysis, and ad valorum tax representation.

Mr. Baranski has completed numerous assignments in most major U.S. cities and in Canada. National assignments have included high-rise hotels and office buildings, heavy manufacturing plants, investment-grade retail centers and apartment projects, commercial and rural vacant land, and a wide range of special-purpose property. Previous business experience includes the management of the Houston appraisal office of an international accounting company and a partnership in a full-service appraisal firm.

Mr. Baranski holds an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Houston and a BBA degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin.
