The Greater Houston Area Subdivision and Lot Price Survey is a semi-annual report published each February and August. It is available by subscription or single-issue basis, both in hard copy and on CD. Each of the survey's five geographic market sectors and individual profiles are available separately, as are customized reports compiled from the current database to meet specific criteria.
