Lot Price Survey Subscription Information

$3,500 per issue Includes hard copy report and CD-ROM
(CD-ROM includes complete database for internal sorting, queries and reports)

Reports are published each February and August. Invoices are issued the last day of January and the last day of July. Terms are due within 10-days of receipt.

Subscriptions are on-going and automatically renewed unless written cancellation notice is received 60 days prior to the next publication date.

Data presented in the SUBDIVISION AND LOT PRICE SURVEY has been prepared exclusively for the use of client subscribers and may not be reproduced or resold either in whole or in part. Every effort has been made to accurately collect housing and development data from sources deemed reliable. Due to the magnitude and diversity of information, multiple data sources and ongoing changes within the industry, CDS Market Research in no way warrants the information.

The CD version is an Access database program set up to reproduce all reports in the current hard copy in addition to pre-designed reports. All custom queries can be saved as Excel files, and additional fields and data not included in the printed version due to space limitations have been included in the CD version.

In addition to the base report, a separate Summary of Market Statistics is now available only to subscribers. This report is designed to provide a three-year overview of the trends and activity that impact the planning and decision-making process. Pricing trends and lot inventory and absorption data are presented by type of lot, lot size and by geographic location.
