Ty Jacobsen joined CDS Market Research in 2007 as a Research Analyst after his graduation from Baylor University. Now as a Market Analyst, Mr. Jacobsen is involved in both primary and secondary research. He is tasked with using GIS software for data analysis and for the creation of maps that illustrate both location and demographic information. He is also tasked with managing CDS Market Research’s data library.
Mr. Jacobsen is often responsible for managing projects involving demographic analysis and adjustment, and other research projects including market studies for the creation of special districts. He is a member of the Young Leaders division of the Urban Land Institute and is also active in Houston Commercial Real Estate Research Forum.
