Economic & Demographic Analysis

Our economic and demographic analyses are designed to aid our public-sector clients in addressing a variety of urban development issues. Because each of our clients has unique requirements, CDS utilizes a customized approach for each customer. We tailor our methods to fit each situation, and design a consulting strategy that is pragmatic and efficient.

CDS has extensive experience working with population data from multiple sources, especially U.S. Census data, CDS has also developed our own regional forecast of population, households, and employment down to the Houston-Galveston Area Council’s Transportation Analysis Zones (TAZ). This has been a great help to our Houston area clients who need a more customizable population forecast model.
