Scott Reineking has been associated with CDS for over 20 years as a market analyst and real estate consultant. During that time, he has been a key participant in almost every aspect of the firm’s research and analysis process. His experience and special expertise includes market feasibility studies for single family developments, multi-family apartments, retail/commercial, office and industrial land uses.
Scott brings a particularly fitting background to CDS that includes serving as Director of Economic Development for the City of Bloomington, Indiana, land acquisition and market analyst for former Kaufman & Broad now KB Homes in San Diego. Additionally, he was land acquisition manager for Beazer Homes in Houston and had worked in a similar capacity for Mesa Homes in Temecula, California.
At CDS, Scott has completed numerous TCEQ style market studies that are a State requirement for creation of new Municipal Utility Districts and as support for Bond Applications. Furthermore, his efforts have demonstrated a proficiency in performing custom research and analyses designed to document market demand and supply conditions to determine feasibility for many other types of residential and commercial development projects. These developments include market rate and affordable multi-family housing of various designs and densities as well as retail shopping centers and office uses.
