The Greater Houston Area Subdivision and Lot Price Survey (Lot Price Survey) features detailed information on selected active single-family subdivisions throughout the Greater Houston Area and includes:
The Lot Price Survey is a semi-annual report published each April and September. It is available online, through subscription or on a single-issue basis. Hard copies are also available at the cost of reproduction. Each of the survey's five geographic market sectors are available separately, as hard copies only.
In addition to the base report, a separate Summary of Market Statistics is now available only to subscribers. This report is designed to provide a multi-year overview of the trends and activity that impact the planning and decision-making process. Pricing trends and lot inventory and absorption data are presented by type of lot, lot size and by geographic location.
